That probably ought to be "*Édánwil* emaméris sális *ídánwil* emevíendis
sális el."

Dánwil is the collective plural of dán, person, and so means 'all the
people' or 'race'.  Eredh, what it was before, on the other hand, means
state or political unit or piece of land.  It seems that in this quote
'nation is meant to mean ''people', rather than the Americanism meaning
of 'state'.
