Rather difficult at this time, since I don't even have a word
for "heart" in Bokuchi Rinu-Khai, but what about this:

    Bo alil rinu, bo alil deusiude.
    people NEG-with language, people NEG-with truth-center-COP

|deu| /dew/ 'truth' and |siu| /sju/ 'center, central' make up
a compound (R-K is head-first) that means 'inner reality',
'inner person', 'self', etc.
