Perhaps. If there were only one way to approach a problem or design a
program, or if there were only one programmer in the world, such a
comprehensive glossary of errors might be possible. But it is, in a way,
amazing that the PCs used today work as well as they do - with applications
designed and coded by individuals whose views and coding styles are more
varied than those of conlangers and auxlangers. For now, all one can do is
try to detail the errors which the average PC owner might fix, and hope that
getting "error 462" will trigger said owner to contact someone knowledgable
about the internals of the application generating that mysterious error
message. Much as when my new hybrid car recently flashed "E316" - it was an
internal reset error which I, the owner, would suppodsedly be unable to fix.
