Thanks for the endorsement, Stephen. Feel free to borrow!
I started with a more or less Latin phonology and applied (pretty
mechanically) a set of changes vaguely similar to those of Irish (Gaelic)
just to see what came out. Then I developed it a little bit more. Now that
I have phonetic symbols that list members can read, I'm working on a more
coherent description of the phonology. After that comes the really hard
work: morphosyntax and vocabulary.
