Here it is (UTF-8): __________________________________ First written evidence of Romanian and Moldavian languages we find in a letter by boier Neacşu sent from Câmpulung to Braşov dated by year 1521, telling about Turkish troops moving along Danube. The whole letter is written in Cyrillics. Here is an extract from this letter: "И пак дау щире домніетале за лукрул турчилор, кум амь аузит еу к ѫмп ратул ау ешит ден Софіѧ ши аиминтрѣ ну е ши сѣу дус ѫсус пре Дун ре. Moscow, 1987; translation of the Russian part of the text into English is mine.) __________________________________ Enjoy it, -- Yitzik
