In Géarthnuns: Öre chí sfalsít ba zvaun sho, feg lav fífít zhdar. Öre chí sfalsít ba zvaun sho, in.order the happiness-acc BA find(what.one.wants)SHO, feg lav fífít zhdar. one-nom/neg present.impersonal it-acc/neg seek-hortative Suffice it to say that "öre....ba...." works akin to German "um....zu....". Normally, infinitive phrases don't take "sho" (a word used to mark the end of subordinate clauses), but since it's been fronted and especially since the sentence changes from affirmative to negative polarity, it sounds right here. Maybe it's the fact that a verb directly precedes a noun that is eliciting the separating "sho". Dunno. Kou
