I guess it's just a matter of what the water is doing.
I always thought the Irish 'uisce' (Ishgih palatized 'g')sounded like
splashing water.
Ok, on the hand, uses the radical '-moo-' for water.( sounds like the
first three letters of the English 'Moon') It doesn't sound very watery
does it? That's because I assigned meanings randomly to avoid
I.E.in-creep. I'm really prone to that.
