*Time* magazine used to be famous for making any kind of job description
into a title: they would print "Dentist Jones" and "Assistant Pipe Fitter
Smith".

I still like NYT-style "Mr. Dogg".

I do, at least.  I think it's because "prime" is no longer functioning as
an adjective here, unlike (say) "prime beef".
