Not that I'm aware of; and I doubt such a word exists. Even the anglicized
Welsh share to some extent in Welsh culture. The Welsh are generally not
racist (tend to be radical & rather 'leftish') and regard the Welsh
language as the birthright of anyone born in Wales.
