Is s\ a retroflex s? Like SAMPA s`?
If so, I guess that's the sound Norwegians are writing _sj_ or _rs_
and many other ways. Then we don't have the S.
But what's the difference between them exactly?

I guess _+ means forward and _- means back, or what?
But if so, isn't T_- = s?
