That is indeed the principle of Regularized Inglish, and no, there is no
web site for it yet.  I hope there will be one someday; I have typed in
a fair amount of stuff, but it is by no means complete.

Perfectly correct.  The Reg.Ing. spelling of "aisle" is in fact "yle".
