The first word appears to be a verb in a perfect incohative aspect (I have
begun to...). ox and oi are clearly conjunctions contrasting issencil with
Dssencil, which appear to be derived from a common stem -senc-. The
capitals on Voh and Dssencil indicate that these are proper nouns, possibly
titles of respect. Unfortunately, I can't work out anything more than this,
but perhaps somebody else will be able to.
