I think that's a *very* common phrase, even if at the same for me
it can only be used rather ironically. Indirect evidence for its
commonness can be found in the Simpons, where (as many of us  know
well) Ned Flanders' catchphrase is [ouk@lidouk@li] (not sure how
to spell that).
