It looks to me like Romance of some sort, written in Germanic orthography.
Some of the clusters, like the "pfe", suggest that you've also applied
Germanic sound-changes to Latin. In that case, you're not the first to do
so: google for Germanech by Jorg Rhiemeyer and Jelb�zech by Dan jones.
