ME is worse than 98 second ed. (i'm running 98 second ed. and i haven't
had a program stop responding for about 2 months and i've never had
problems shutting down - knock, knock...), i don't know how it compares
to first ed., they're both really bad. i've heard that XP pro is great,
but XP home is so dumbed down that i'd go crazy if i tried to use it.
