I'm sure it was only a mere slip of the keyboard that made Steg omit the
two other, equally grammatical, forms:
Ani Ohev Otkha = male talking to male (me to my boyfriend; me to my
son)
Ani Ohevet Otakh = female to female
As for Tesk (where no gender issues emerge):
ik houd dekfa'a'n = I love you, casual/normal register
ik vekarol dek = I love you - formal/dramatic register
