In Ge'arthununs: o"=/Y/; u"=/y/; c,=/C/

Si' la o"c,ket so"l.
I/nom. pres. you/acc. love

This is the garden variety, workaday expression. You say this as you
peck your SO on the cheek on the way out the door to work. For more
momentous occasions like a wedding ceremony, an anniversary, a deathbed
farewell, and perhaps Valentine's Day depending on how truly moved you
are, you could use this:

Si' lu" o"c,ket so"l.
(lu" 'transcends' tense)

This is not to be thrown around lightly -- you only use this when you're
pulling out the big guns.
