I was hoping some one would ask:) It stands for "You might say that -
but I could'nt possibly comment". It was the catchphrase of the
ficticious arch-Tory Francis Urquhart. The character appears in a
series of three novels _House of Cards_, _To Play the King_, and _The
Final Cut_, also made into three separate tv series. In them FU takes
on every opponent between himself and absolute power as the British
Prime Minister, including the King of England, until his final downfall.
The actor who played him would be my nomination to play Lord Vetinari of
Ankh-Morepork.
