Ah, the light goes on! So |akt| is cognate with English |act|, and the
compound is rhythmically identical to its English gloss:
'Draht.seil,akt, 'tight.rope,act
I wonder why the author's rules translation gives it as just "Tightrope".
Thanks, other-Mark! Or perhaps Mark'? Hm. Mark-Pline might be how
a person with a Japanese accent pronounced that, even . . . ;-)
