Like "John killed Bill". Who's dead? :-) Maybe by using extra
intransitive verbs?
John killed Bill. Bill is dead. = John killed Bill.
John killed Bill. John is dead. = Bill killed John.

What about just isolating? I tried that once, but I didn't like it.
