I misunderstood the English sentence. The Tunu translation is rather:

Tase tiwana yawi tase tina wo kami yulailai taka supu-supuwa mama wo-ya we
kamo pame wi yutaitai pata we kame pame wi.

"Child male whom child female of me is-is (i.e. "becomes")person friend-to mummy
 of-him @ that before indeed, does-does (i.e. "becomes") ill @ this before
indeed."
