They both originally referred to the orthography. Because Maggel is
spoken of much more frequently than Etabnanni, and because Maggel has
some sort of grammar whereas I alternately lose and am too disappointed
by the grammar of Etabnanni so that it doesn't really exist in any
tangible state, has decreased the likelihood of etabnannery catching on
outside of the orthography...
Of course, there's nothing stopping etabnannery and maggelity being
generalised more generally. (Except that maggelity has to fight it out
with 'irregular'. Fortunately for etabnannery, there's no single word
other than itself that I know of that means what it means, even when
separated from orthography.)
Oh, and etabnannery and maggelity should be spelt with lowercase letters
I think.
