"Teoh" looks like an orthographically challenged mezanophone's rendering of
[tSoj]; ought rather be _teoi_, but [tSoj] is what it most likely would be read
as.
If [to~:] is correct, the most natural adaption to Meghean would be _Toñh_
[toG~], I suppose. Tairezazh _Tó_ [to:] or _Tón_ [to:n], Yargish _Tung_ [tuN].
