By the last orthographic reform it is! I don't use it for the simple reason that I personally pronounce [evenma~] and not [evEnma~] (which strikes me as exceedingly ugly :)) ). It's maybe a reading pronunciation (not anymore in my case, since it's the most common pronunciation in the region I come from), but I've heard it quite a lot everywhere, enough to consider that it's not outnumbered by the people who pronounce [evEnma~].
