The only source I have is a couple of pages in my book "Sociolinguistics".
I'll try to post the translation to the List, but not earlier than after the
festivals (28-29.09.02, Sh'mini-Atzereth & Simchat-Torah). In Russian it is
called "Kyakhtinskoye narechiye" (Kyakhta dialect; Kyakhta being a small town
at Chinese border where Russia did free trade with China in 19c.)

Russian + what? Ah, merely Russian simplified under Altaic and Caucasian influence. I
try to take into account the data from Ky.N. too...
