Yes indeed. Real lucky to be alive at 45 or so with no hygiene, no medicine to speak of, little or no understanding of disease and injury treatment.

Soon enough they'll probably be able to reliably twiddle about with the factors that make this so. I've read estimates that 200 or more years is / will be possible in the not-too-awful-distant future. Padraic.
