Excuse my ignorance, but what other Romance languages use ne...X? And what
languages, specifically, are you referring to when you say Northern and
Western Romance? Just curious. :)
As far as I'm aware, Spanish simply uses "no" for negatives. Of course, I
don't know much about Spanish or other Romance languages, other that I've
never seen anything close to French negatives in any of the *major*
languages (I haven't really seen much of the minor ones, tho I've heard of
a few). That's just my experience, though, so you probably should take
that with a grain of salt.

Hm... well... I can't make much sense of that, actually. :/ A lot of the
vocab seems familiar, but I can't find enough grammatical clues to try to
put it together. Hm... your conlang seems very interesting, though; I like
it. :)
