I do indeed.  B. edulis is a very fine species, as is Cantharellis
cibarius, the chanterelle mushroom, but eating M. esculenta is a truly
transcendent experience.  (It's not clear whether M. deliciosa and
M. esculenta are synonymous names or not.)
