That was my first reaction too (that Frank should tell you).
But I'm not sure how Frank checked the repertoire. If you set an HTML
editor or similar to UTF-8 and look through the Windows Character Map,
you don't get all of Unicode, only what's in the selected font --- and
someone (you?) told us earlier that the commonly used Windows fonts
are severely out of date (Unicode 1 instead of 3).
