/S/ in any of those sounds way weird to me. Normally /s/, hoity-toitily /sj/, but never ever /S/. It is inconceivable that |suit| and |shoot| could be homophones in any 'lect in the vicinity of mine. -- Mark J. Reed <markjreed@...>
