Well, it may be consistent, but I don't find it nice-looking at all! :-)

I assume you're referring to the alternative IPA symbols I gave for the
vowels? These indicate allophones for that particular vowel phoneme.
There are actually more allophones which I haven't updated in the
consonant table yet. (See my recent post on "laminated affricates", :-P
for example.)
