Oh, no! I  find your ASCII transliteration very consistent and nice looking!
I've got used to see it in your mails, thus it was quite a shock to see smth
entirely different in the tutorial :-)
Can you also explain double phonetic value of some vowels (like _w_, _3_
etc.)?
