What about "Language"? This would probably mean that it has the name of
a featured language for a title more often than not, because many are
simply called "language" or "the language".
Or "Language Creation" or just "Creation".

Absolutely. I don't care which, by the way, if anything I have a slight
preference for something with "international" and without the ugly
abbreviation.
