Isn't there already a journal called "Language"?

Maybe just "Language Creation" would be OK.

Basically, it seems that it's like my "Glossopoiesis: International Journal of
Language Creation" title, with "glossopoiesis" replaced with the
expression "Language Creation" in a different language each time, and the
second part put as subtitle. It's fine by me.
By the way, thanks to a long seance of goggling :)), I now have a converter
from WordPerfect to LaTeX and from HTML to LaTeX. So you can add those two
formats to the list of accepted formats for submissions. I can now accept LaTeX
(LaTeX2e preferably :)) ), RTF, Word, WordPerfect and HTML (in this order of
preference, due to the way the converters work :) ). I also saw a converter
from Plain Text to LaTeX and/or HTML (I can't remember exactly what it was),
but to work correctly it supposes that you write the plain text file with some
structure according to some predefined rules, so I don't know if it's a good
idea. I can look at it though if there are people who want to send their
submissions in plain text (can be DOS, Mac or Unix format, I have a converter
to translate the endline characters :)) ).
With all those converters and customised programs, my computer begins to look
like those customised cars beloved by their owners :))) .
Christophe.
