Really?! In Sweden all you need is five people for
the board. You get generic statutes which you can
use or change as you wish and you _get_ money from
the state for forming the club and to help keeping
it running. The money can be used for a journal, for
meating coffee, etc.
The Netherlands isn't (aren't?) that much different
from Sweden, is it? Are you sure about the club-forming
rules for the Netherlands?
Don't you get money? That's a main incentive to forming
a club here in Sweden.
