Really?! In Sweden all you need is five people for the board. You get generic statutes which you can use or change as you wish and you _get_ money from the state for forming the club and to help keeping it running. The money can be used for a journal, for meating coffee, etc. The Netherlands isn't (aren't?) that much different from Sweden, is it? Are you sure about the club-forming rules for the Netherlands?
