In my experience, phonetically epenthesized schwas are restricted
only to stop-stop clusters. If you accept the /r/ being syllabic,
then that word has two syllables: [fpr=ts] and [k_wni]. (/v/ has
a number of phonetic realizations, including [f], [B] and labializing
the preceding consonant.)
