Your list above actually reminds me of Tairezazh's inventory:
p, b, t, d, b, g, f, v, T, D, s, z, S, Z, ts, dz, tS, dZ, r, l, m, n
Compared to Shali, Tairezazh lacks /w, j, h/, but adds /p, b, k, g, r, m,
n/.
