Is is much of a problem? After all, TIPA has its own Type 1 fonts (at least I
have them, so I suppose everyone with a distribution of LaTeX containing TIPA
should have them too...). Of course, it would be nicer to have all fonts
together in one package, but that's more a luxury problem than a real
hindrance :)) .
