Done.  I see to my chagrin that TIPA is not (yet) included in the cm-super
package, however...

A tip: if you use dvipdfm and want embedded Metafonts to look better in
print use a really high resolution (the "-r" option -- -r  1600 is usually
good enough IMO).  The price for that is of course that the pdf file
becomes larger, and the visual improvement to the onscreen view is
negligible...
