In Megdevi:

"Zi kitEp ?ADidZejsat?AdZesIr&ZuTuT, dZasara!"

    In Megdevi there's a circumfix meaning "the X of"; it's "?A- -uT".  So,
starting from the inner word, we have "dZesIr&Z" which means "creators".
Surrounded by the circumfix we get "creators of".  Once the word is
surrounded by this circumfix it becomes a postposition. So, the word for
"language" is "DidZejsat", and the phrase "DidZejsat ?AdZesIr&ZuT" means "the
creators of language".  To say "language creators of the world", a circumfix
must be put around the phrase "language creators", and so the phrase is
smashed together into one word "?ADidZejsat?AdZesIr&ZuTuT" which becomes a
postposition and comes after the phrase "the world".  Thus, "Language
creators of the world, create".
