We have that expression in Dutch, too (just without the "über den Weg"-part): Ik vertrouw hem voor geen meter. I don't trust him for a meter. "voor geen centimeter" means I trust him even less :)> Das stimmt keinen Meter. > That is-true/right no meter. > 'It is not true/right at all.'That one, too: Dat klopt voor geen meter.
