On the mushrom recipe: I've done this in the past, omitting the milk and
substituting oregano and basil for the parsley, and it's quite delicious.
Especially on toast with melted cheese.
I'm having some issues coming up with an appropriate recipe for my
conculture, as I'm having some trouble puzzling out how to make a clear
broth and then keep it clear after putting things in it.
I've decided that Nrit writes its recipes from the perspective of the cook,
in the first-person past. I've chopped the mushrooms and fried them in
butter, etc etc.
