North America   Northwestland*
South America   Southwestland*
Eurasia         Greatland
Africa          Originland
Australia       Littleland
Antarctica      Southland

Alternately: North Hourglassland and South Hourglassland, as, with a bit
of imagination, the Americas have a kind of hourglass appearance.
