One version of Tirelat had /H_0/, a voiceless version of the initial
sound in French "huit", Chinese "yuan", etc. It tended to come out as a
whistle. I've considered reviving it, but it wasn't found in many words,
and is represented by /fj/ in the 2004 version of Tirelat.
Lindiga has a voiceless retroflex lateral fricative, which could be
represented as /K`/ in CXS, spelled as "rtl" in the romanization, as it
developed from something like /t`l`_0/.
