The Web for once is less than helpful.  Most pages agree that it is
"Siakudumisa", however, and supposedly it means "Praise the Lord".
The majority view is that it is from South Africa, though a few pages
say Nigeria: both countries, of course, are highly polyglot.  It was
sung at the recent enthronement of the (Anglican) Abp. of Canterbury.
