Some of them do.  Here's the "agreeing" parts I know of so far: foot,
hand, head
Parts that don't agree: body (gender 7), eye (6), rib (6), soul (6)

Note that, with the exception of body itself, all non-agreeing parts are
in gender 6, "pseudo-animate".
