Talossan, like Brithenig and Breathanach, is a romance language
(romlang? Romance conlang), not Celtic. It does have some
loanwords taken from Celtic languages, and it used to have a
series of consonant mutations based on those of Irish (abolished
years ago), but it is completely Romance-based, not
Celtic-based.

Indeed! :) I also like your imposed-from-Dutch-into-English
use of the accent on "ánd" to denote emphasis! :))
