Yes. Well, Dream has already been explained by Padraic. Xliponian is an
Indo-European language derived from Vulgar Latin; in other words, a real
romlang, although admittedly it seems to have some Celtic features.
FYI, the numbers are: on, tou, çers, hautor, henc, seq, seft, ohto, nou, teih.
Jelardin is a language by Elliot Lash, that looks a bit Celtic indeed, but
whether it ís Celtic, I can't say.
Thiazic was made by Zeke Fordsmender. This is what I took from his own website:
"Proto-Indo-European evolved into five major families and some seven or eight
other minor families. Of these five major families, all of them have a "cousin"
family except Germanic. Thiazic was one of my history-bending projects --
Thiazic is meant to be Germanic's cousin (though after working with it for some
time, I wonder if I didn't make it too close to Germanic...)."

Strange, I'd never have guessed that this would look funny to English or
American eyes... to me, it's as natural as brushing your teeth every day :) .
