I have an only 30 year old German book which uses the
accusative "Jesum", but that's probably a special case.
I also once read that the 18th century Swedish poet Bellman
sometimes used Latin accusatives, like "hylla Bacchum"
'praise Bacchus', but he was not consistent, and printed
versions use nominative AFAIK.
