It must be then! I remember the Mexican Dulche De Leche as being a kind of "crystalized" caramel. It tasted pretty good though. I think they also had a version where guava paste was mixed in with the dulche de leche to give a spiral design to cut slices of it. ______________________________________ Paciencia es paz y sciencia
